Education & Experience

Noël Margaret Lawrence has been in practice since 1980, specializing in estate and trust litigation, will contests, trust contests, disputed inheritances, and real property disputes.

Because these sorts of cases often include a financial elder abuse component. Ms. Lawrence has also developed a specialty in the prosecution of financial elder abuse.

CONTINGENT FEE BASED REPRESENTATION EXPERIENCE

Ms. Lawrence sometimes works on a contingent fee basis, meaning the client has no obligation to pay the attorney’s fee unless and until the case is won, or a settlement satisfactory to the client has been achieved. Ms. Lawrence also handles cases on an hourly basis.

TRIAL EXPERIENCE

Noël Margaret Lawrence has taken numerous cases to trial in Superior Courts throughout California. As of this writing (September 19, 2013) Ms. Lawrence has won all of the cases she has taken to trial for her clients. No attorney can guarantee that any particular case will be won, however, Ms. Lawrence has enjoyed an impressive rate of success.
